"It was a very bad experience at the beginning by the time we stepped into the room, it smelled so bad. The staff especially the front desk wasn’t friendly at all. At night, hot water suddenly didn’t work when my kids were having a shower. They said it would take hour to fix it and my kids were sick ..."
