"We arrived quite late but this was accommodated easily. Lee met us, showed us our room, which was beautiful and took our breakfast order. So many little things had been thought of, even down to make up removal pads. The breakfast was amazing and served with a smile. There was no road noise. We will be back."

"Easy access and very bright clean and airy. It has everything you need and is lovely and quiet. Good outdoor space too with access to Queens Park boating lake. Bedrooms were both great but, if you struggle with mobility, the upstairs room might not be for you( very steep stairs!). The room and bed are amazing though!
