"Stayed for a couple of nights. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and a good size too. Hotel is only a few steps away from the sea front and is well kept. Manager of the hotel is a hard working lady, who does her very best to enaure all guests are looked after. Room and hotel is self check in and plenty of parking either infront of the hotel, in the carpark a few steps away or there are 5 at the back of the property. The rooms have a mini fridge, which was a nice touch, as well as a television and tea/coffee making facilities. You can request decaffinated tea should you need it. The balcony is a nice place to sit in good weather. There is a good variety of choices for breakfast, such as toast, fruit, cereals and hot food. Would definitely return "

"Room was a little dated would benefit from a few modifications and the tap to be fixed as it dripped all night and was loud enough to be annoying. Breakfast was really good plenty of choice and fresh. Overall for the price and for the one night was good enough for us "

"AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Has a little market up the road on a Saturday. Great communication with the owner. Very safe has card for barriers to get in and out the caravan park. Would definately recommend and would definately stay again. Once again Thank you"
