"As a solo female traveler with a dog, I found this hotel very clean and safe. I also really appreciate how close it was to a really cool park (Clinton park & bridge) about a 3 min drive, great if you’re traveling with pets. I would stay here again."

"Great hotel and room. Only complaint was trying to arrange the free shuttle pickup. I tried emailing twice to different contact information and the shuttle was not at the airport so had to call when I was already waiting thus waited an additional 20-25 minutes."

"Room clean but bathroom fan very noisy. Needs a night light. Mattress comfortable but too many small pillows. Bedside clock not programmable, Had to use cell phone for wake up. Staff friendly but could be more so. Food preparer meant well but messed up order. Cleaning staff did not speak English and that is not acceptable! That alone will not bring me back."

"This hotel is a very nice place to stay at. There are a lot of places that you can visit. There's little mini malls all over the place. Plenty of places for you to eat just one little hiccup that we had a couple had some young children that was next door to us, we had to leave at 2 AM in the morning. Those children sound like they was jumping off the beds onto the wall. We could not sleep. We call the front desk. It still took about 2 hours for those children to calm down, but we were able to get 4 hours of sleep. That's the only problem that we had children should be on the 1st floor that's my opinion."
