"I had an ok experience at the hotel. I had an incident where 2 staff members were joking with a dark-skinned Filipino staff member calling him a beluga. I'm married to a Filipina so I understand some Tagalog. And I know that Baluga is a bad name for black or dark-skinned people. My wife confronted the two staff members and told them not to use that language anymore. the staff never apologized to me. But over all the hotel and the people were great. I would stay there again."

"This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel while in the Philippines. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff are very friendly & quick to solve any problems you may have. The location is great if you are going to the entertainment district and within walking distance of the SM Clark mall.
