"I think the whole problem was perhaps due to a wrong expectation. The online rating and the limited photos gave me an impression this is really a good place. The location is indeed super, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the single room is extremely disappointing and even awkward. It is almost the smallest room that I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is far too narrow. There is no chair, only a stool. No table. Only a small cabin which has a small fridge inside. The window is not tight...

Bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, good seating, easy car parking (should be free), friendly and efficient service. "The property is beautiful. However, the management has some serious issues. You can’t find the one person who is working, they leave at 6pm and lock the facilities. We booked the best suite three months in advance. 3 days before they told us they booked a wedding and would give us our first night free. They did in the smallest hobbit room ever. Still waiting for our refund as I write. No customer service. "
