"We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. I was with a family of 5, and none of us had ever rowed a boat a day in our lives. Had i known this upfront i would never have booked this lodge. THIS ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH...

"Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Wohnung nicht gereinigt war, aber dann wurde sie durch eine andere (saubere) Wohnung ersetzt. Es riecht, als wäre es stark geräuchert worden, aber ich denke, das liegt daran, dass der Abzug beim Kochen nicht lange genug eingeschaltet ist. Ansonsten super schöner Ort und Start von Radtouren. "I cannot say enough good things about my stay here! Isabel is such an incredible host and kept in communication with me during my entire stay to make sure I was comfortable. Bussum is such a beautiful, quiet little town that was a perfect escape from the hustle of Amsterdam, while still being close enough to everything and incredibly accessible by train.
