"We were checked in at 5pm - during the onsite checkin window of 4-6pm. There were instructions on what to do if you areived after. Front desk that checked us in was very helpful. Communication with host before was very good. Our unit had a lot of steps to get up to the unit. Other than that, unit was clean and ready for us. We were there for JMU graduation so was a little further out of town but was nice to have place with space vs a hotel room. Saw lots of wildlife on the property and grounds. The Thunderbird café down on RT33 was very good for breakfast one day. The other day we did the on-site restaurant near the golf course. The only option was was a buffet breakfast. It was good but if you only wanted a small breakfast, havng that option would have been good. Note - checkout is 10am - we made it work but was a hustle. Overall, I recommend the property as an option if you are in the Harrisonburg area. We had a really nice stay."

"It is a nice property and the host was most Wonderful. She was very helpful. Hot tub was very inviting and clean. I did not use the grill but it was very nice. There’s 3 sets of stairs in the house so keep that in mind. We had no issues with them. It was a fun time. Thanks"
