"It was Southern Miss homecoming. I have stayed here over 3 times but this time the room was not cleaned. They rushed the rooms during homecoming. I was disappointed because normally it is clean."

"The building was very clean, staff very helpful, breakfast was ok. Parking was very convenient. I noticed on the first night that the room had small things that needed to be repaired. I had an unexpected change on plans and had to extend for an extra day. I moved into a different room with king bed. The room had a lot of small maintenance issues that if not addressed now will become a huge for attracting and keep returning customers."

"There was no hand soap in our room. The TV was not working when we checked in. It was also very difficult to find desired programming. No Guide."

"Great location, Mugshots sports bar is really close and grocery store is real close also. The carpet in the halls was worn and needs to be replaced. The room was fine. The breakfast was really good and the breakfast staff was outstanding."

"Total dump...I certainly knew it would be reasonable at best for the price. Within 10 minutes in my room, I could not come-up with a single reason to stay the night. So, I left."

"Breakfast was poor. They were out of many items"

"The room needs repairs like the broken commode cover, the hot water in the tub, the loose tiles in the bath room.etc… also during breakfast the sausages were still frozen at 7am"

"I stayed 3 nights. Bathroom floor was dirty when I got there. The shower had a black ring of mold around it. Room was not cleaned or maintained during my stay. Front desk staff was friendly. Parking lot was not well lit."

"The rating said it was a 7.3. I give it a 3.7 at best only because the front desk guy when I checked in was nice except for I asked him for a ground level room because I had surgery on my knee 2 days before and he literally put me on the ground floor but as far away from the parking lot as possible. There were stains on the knights 10 table and on the TV stand or close by a TV that had clearly not been wiped off I did take pictures"
