"The staff at Masseria Le Lamie are fantastic. They genuinely want you to have a great holiday and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful time. The pool and lounge area is very relaxing and has olive trees to provide natural shade. The rooms are spotless and the bed is really comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant is also a lovely experience. You do need a car because Masseria Le Lamie is not within walking distance to the nearest town."

"Very slow check-in, despite the lady working very hard. The public ateas are very nice and clean. We were assigned a lovely big triple room which was very comfortable. However, the en suite plumbing is very old and falling apart. Good range of choices for the buffet breakfast, but only replenished if you ask. The big turn off was that only very small plastic plates, plastic cutlery and plastic or paper cups are available. If they want to save on washing up, they should at least provide...

TIt's a working residential/commercial area with a large covered market opposite. closed when we arrrived, but I guesss busy and noisy when open. getting in is a hassle for those not used to smart phones, downloading apps swiping, pin codes and so on. Definitely not for digital immigrants. the place is really nicely done out A lot of trouble has gone into it. 2 big problems (for us). First I was under the impression that B&B meant breakfast of some sort....

Materassi scomodissimi, da non dormirci e avere mal di schiena tutte le mattine, senza aria condizionata e la notte molto caldo. "Nice place, good airco, in the old town close to restaurants etc. Breakfast was sad (pre-packed toast, butter and jam). The city of Taranto is not very nice, a lot of boarded up homes, streets at dirt etc. There is not much to do. I thought the price of the room was high considering that city."
