The average online rate for those dates was about $160 per night, but I was charged $370 per night before taxes. From the start, we were placed in the South Tower. I was injured, and the walk from the parking lot to the pool (which my children wanted) was long. After returning cold and wet, the door wouldn’t open. I repeatedly had to return to the front desk for new cards, but we only discovered on the last day that the lock had a mechanical fault—wasting an hour when I needed to check out. Additionally, staff told me I couldn’t use my electric scooter indoors, even though it was in walk mode, and I had an injury. They treated me poorly, implying I was exaggerating. Given these circumstances, I request a full investigation and appropriate refund. I have evidence if needed. Thank you."
