"The place was very dirty, unhygienic. There were spider webs and bugs everywhere. The bedsheets and towels were not clean. The living room had no light bulbs. All the kitchen condiments were expired. The kitchen utensils were all rusty and coatings were off. When contacted the owner, the owner was rude and a bit arrogant. We had to decide not to stay at this place due to poor cleanliness and lack of safety."

"We spent the Memorial Day weekend at Erica’s cottage the second year in a row. It is still as wonderful as it was last year. We had great time in Lassen National Park, there is plenty to see and do. This cottage is a great place to be your starting point to your visit at the park. It has everything you’d need for your stay. I hope we’ll be back soon!"

"1951 log home with huge fireplace, woodstove, hot tub and sauna. Beautiful views. Great location near Lassen Volcanic National Park. Remember to gas up and bring food. Only on country store nearby with limited options. Only a couple of restaurants too although I'm sure there are more options in season. Checkin is at Noon which gives you most of the day to get settled. Brandon lives nearby and makes sure everything is ready for your arrival. No wifi and limited cell service so you are truly off the grid!!"
