"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful, and the cabin was clean and cozy it truly feels like you’re staying in the middle of a forest. Our cabin had a refrigerator and a coffee maker, which was very convenient. There is also a shared building nearby with a large refrigerator and microwave, as well as separate shower facilities outside, which were clean and easy to use. My only complaint is that the information on the website could be much clearer. It mentions that some cabins have refrigerators and some do not, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It also didn’t explain how close the shared facilities were to the cabins. I tried calling several times before our stay, but no one answered. One thing future guests should know is that the state park has only one place to buy dinner, and the kitchen had already closed by the time we arrived. We had expected to eat there and hadn’t brought any food, so plan accordingly. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily return."

"This is a beautiful property. The staff exceptional. They were courteous, helpful and efficient. The botanical gardens/pond was an unexpected surprise. There is a meandering path with lovely greenery and benches. There were fresh homemade cookies and coffee available. Highly recommend!"

"We were so happy with this home! There was space for our four families, with a game room, space to do puzzles and board games, read or talk, relax, or go outside to play as well. The enclosed back porch was great to all eat breakfast at one table. Or go outside where plenty of tables are available to all sit and enjoy BBQ burgers. Everything was clean and family friendly. When we couldn’t find a lid for the blender, Chris quickly delivered another one for our use. It’s a great location and we loved our hike at Silver Falls. The Carousel Museum in Albany was a hit for the young kids and quite interesting for older kids and adults. We would definitely love coming again."

"On the outskirts of Salem near the little lake in small Turner a quiet neighborhood with a well kept park on the block. Loved the temperature controls zones per space and the amenities were top line plush down to the details. Washer/dryer, iron & board, kayaks in the garage with access to the backyard & patio. Only challenge was steep stairs with single rail to the 2nd floor living space. Very comfy & restful for our stay."
