Older motel yet renovated with hard floors, mattresses, TVs etc. service oriented and a great variety of breakfast options from waffles, rolls, bagels and juices, etc. Very accommodating. Would recommend and stay again. Don’t believe the negativity in the few reviews."

"The stay at the America Best Value in Farmington New York was to see ans spend time with my granddaughter. The staff were very polite and friendly. The continental breakfast was was not great but there was a diner close by. Two gas stations and a few fast-food restaurants. The property was well maintained and updated. It was clean and quite. Very affordable for the week i spent there. Public laundromat behind the property. My granddaughter was very very happy with her stay. There is no pool."
