"The gite is authentic French style whilst also comfortable and with plenty of space for a family of 7. The setting is lovely, in nice peaceful countryside but still only 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket and 15 minutes from lots of different activities including kayaking, zip wires and lakes. "Our stay here was very quick as we arrived so late due to planes being late. Mercure waited for us to check in! They were so helpful. In the morning we came down to an amazing breakfast! It was the best of our whole trip. The cheeses presented were delightful and not ordinary! The pastries were crisp and so fresh! I loved the scrambled eggs. They tasted so much better than in the USA. Everything was great, the staff was amazing! "
