"This was a very nice hotel. La Confluence is a bit of a dead nieghborhood, but Lyon is easy to get around, and there are a lot of parking options nearby if you drive into the city."

Unfortunately the construction around the hotels leaves only one path in and out via an active construction site with heavy trucks and uneven road surfaces, making it dangerous to get in and out of and damaging any luggage you have coming in. "Very nice hotel, I stayed for 2 nights. No parking on site, the streets are extremely narrow so be mindful as you drive. There was some shenanigans going on outside on the street a bit of a fight. At night the area might not be safe but during the day is fine. There is no parking at the hotel, but a few streets down there is a large, very clean underground parking, so that was fine. I would say for sight seeing the hotel is well located, walking distance from a lot of attractions, including the Musée des Beaux Arts. I would go there again. "
