For eksempel hvad der var i køkkenet ( eksempel kaffemaskine,fryser og lignende. ) Ellers var det et dejligt ophold vi havde og virkelig central beliggenhed midt i byen."

"Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...

Das Haus war sehr enttäuschend: Es gibt keinen Meerblick, obwohl dieser in der Überschrift der Hausanzeige genannt wird. Bei Ankunft nicht richtig gereinigt. Defekte Klimaanlage. Kaputte Spielgeräte. Mähroboter defekt, Gras viel zu hoch für Spiele. Ameisenbefall. Zigarettenkippen auf der Terrasse usw."

"The communication with property manager is non-existent. My partner got very sick with COVID the night before our stay but we could not get in touch with property manager. We arrived to a very precarious, old farm road that was flooded. There were no instructions about the route. Inside, the house was about 8C / 40s F. The radiator heaters did not work!! There was a very musty odor. Also a constant beeping coming from somewhere. There were no towels or linens provided, despite not advertising...
