"The hotel itself is nice, spacious good location and the bus/shuttle to Disneyland is great, but the bus could use some cleaning , the seats are runned down and I don’t think they get clean, staff is great. Drivers are fun and welcoming, just the hotel rooms could use some updating , overall good hotel:"

"Our stay was great! Very close to Disney although I wish they had small shuttle to take us because it's still a 14 min walk. The atmosphere was good. The water pressure of the shower was great! We were facing the street and at first it was a little noisy but it got completely quiet after 11pm. Breakfast has a wide selection too. We all enjoyed ourselves."

"We had a really nice stay here. The hotel is beautiful, though we were so busy exploring that we didn't even get a chance to use all the amenities! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Walk of Fame and an easy, quick drive over to Universal Studios. We could see the Hollywood sign from our room! Definitely recommend it for anyone looking to sightsee."

"Overall it was a great stay. The staff was fantastic and the bar food was good. However, we did have trouble with the towel situation in the rooms. The first night they didn’t give us any bath towels and when we requested some, they gave us 2 instead of 4. The next day they gave us only 3. That was weird. Also, there was no drinking water offered unless you spent )$10 on bottled water. That was very inconvenient as well 😞"
