The main thing is if you have a pet be careful because behind the home is a Pitbull that is unsupervised with a pet door that try's to digs under the fence. The home also could use a refresh with paint, many places need attention.pavers in the back are a tripping hazard which I told the owner about. The sofabed in the garage conversion was broke. The beds and sheets, pillows were great and had a good night sleep.The neighborhood was just...
