"What we liked: The staff was very helpful, rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Only 15 min. walk to train and Metro station. A few good grocery and dinning options a few hundred feet from lobby. "We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"We really enjoyed staying at Venders! The location was superb, next to the metro station and in a lively area near restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The apartment was really nice, recently renovated, and comfortable beds. Also, Venders is a great option for families; we were provided with a traveling crib and high chair. The only downside, which is not unique to Venders, was that since there is no AC in most of Copenhagen, it was a bit warm at times but was a lot better after opening...

Not sure where communication fell where we were not informed and she entered with her management keys while we were in apartment. Hate to think if we were not there and she had entered as we value our privacy. Otherwise - perfect apartment. Clean. "
