"Great cabin and location for our vacation. great spot for off road UTV, ATV riding, hiking, and golf which is what we did. The only thing that would have made this rental better would be a couple mini splits for A/C."

"We had a truly amazing time at the property. We received very helpful and accurate information regarding the home, what was provided, and parking prior to arrival. It was extremely helpful with the winter weather that came while we were there. We’d love to stay again during the summer months to appreciate the lake. It was one of the best places our family has stayed at!"

"My expectations were low. It’s like going to a movie you think will be a stinker and it actually turns out to be good. This place was so much fun. It’s near 200-years old and you can tell in a few places. The floors are horribly out of level. They are like a rolling hill and from max to min, I would guess 18inches. But when you realize you are staying in a hotel that four Presidents including Grant slept in, those crazy floors just make it real. It was clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly, especially the person who checked us in. I came back to the desk and she was helping some people who appeared to have used a scam site to book and they were happy, because she was putting in effort to help them. So, set your expectations low, just so you can be pleasantly surprised."
