"We had several challenges, but the host was EXTREMELY responsive and worked to get things fixed. First, the key was missing from the lock box and the first gate was unlocked and open. My wife found a separate lock box that contained a key. Turns out the new cleaning company had an error in how they left the property. Next, the washer/dryer combo unit was broken.
