"Staff was rude, carpet had stains, shower was dirty. Gross."

"The staff was great upon check in and check out. The rooms were super cleaned. I enjoyed that the hallways and rooms smelled good and not like cleaning solution or stale musk. Would definitely book from here again."

"Loved our stay at this historical inn. All the rooms and public spaces were restored beautifully. It was convenient to walk to all the shops and restaurants of downtown Cedarburg. The Timber Club, also owned by the Inn had music and good food and drinks. I’d love to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor dining and music. The town goes all out for Halloween and made our visit really special."

"This place was great! We spent 4 nights here. The staff, especially the manager, was so friendly and helpful! The full breakfast was delicious and satisfying! The place was clean and we always had clean towels. It is a convenient location, and the price was very affordable! If we are ever visiting the Milwaukee area again we will definitely stay here again! Thank you Best Western in Germantown!"

"One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever seen and very pleasant decor. Nice linens, good TV. I didn't use the Jacuzzi, but would have if I had a more leisurely trip. Walkable location and it felt safe. The breakfast choices were great, but are only available 8-10 AM, so that got my day off to a bit of a late start."

"Welcoming , friendly and professional Staff from checkout and throughout stay. Restaurant was great. Crab cakes were great; breakfast was delicious. All service members from check-in to cleaning service to restaurant service and Bartender were excellent. Gym , pool and jacuzzi were top notch. Would definitely stay there again if in the area 😎❤️"

"A beautiful hotel with amazing artwork and a great history."

"June and all the staff at Home 2 Suites were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful! We were there 4 nights for my nephew's wedding and also had the rehearsal and dinner in one of the meeting rooms off the lobby. We also had the big screen for the Brewers World Series game that Friday night which was so special. The staff was so accommodating and helpful! The room was big and beds comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel! It is a homey and welcoming place!"
