PETS: Up to 2 pets under 50lb are permitted during your stay (larger animals to be considered on a case-by-case basis). Please keep pets off of furniture unless a towel is placed down first. Please keep pets on a leash when outside and do not allow dogs to bark excessively. Please clean up waste and dispose of in the dumpster on left side of house. Pet vaccination/medical records may be requested by owners prior to arrival.

The owners of the homework are out of town for about half the month but are happy to say hi and hang out upon guest request when they are in town!

Please note, the owners of the home live in the terrace-level apartment of the home with a private entrance. The owners work out of town and are home about half the month. One door connects the two units and has a chain lock, as well as bolt and handle lock for your comfort and security. Some noise transfer may occur, but quiet hours are respected.
Owners will never park in driveway, do not use guest entrances/exists, and do not use any guest spaces.
