"The experience was great except for the pool and hot tub. We specifically got this hotel and paid more because we wanted a hot tub. We called the hotel before booking to make sure the hot tub worked and was actually hot. They said yes to both. While the lobby has been updated, the pool area hasnt been updated in years. "First off the staff was so nice. Very helpful and accommodating. They let us check in early. Help with transportation questions ect. The hotel is beautiful. There is a restaurant attached but we only had dessert. The Belgium chocolate mousse was excellent. The bathroom was not clean. I cleaned it myself. And the last night the toilet backed up.That was the only negatives. If the bathroom was clean i would have given a higher rating."
