PETS: We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs with an additional $100 payment per stay and require the following agreements:
-Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
-Dogs will be crated when owners are not present (we have a large dog crate available for your use!)
-Dogs are up to date on all flea & tick treatments. (proof provided upon request)
CLIMATE CONTROL: Central heat and air. Guests can control their temperature with a thermostat in the hallway.

*For our guests with mobility issues, there are 2 steps to get into the home and then the main living areas and 3 bedrooms are all on one level. (the hot tub area is downstairs)

HOUSE RULES:
1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING within 25 ft of a doorway of the house. We will impose an additional fee if our cleaning staff smells smoke after your stay.
2. NO EVENTS, GATHERINGS, OR PARTIES. No outside visitors are allowed on the property without the permission from hosts PRIOR to your stay. We reserve this home for our confirmed, overnight guests.
3. WE ALLOW WELL-BEHAVED DOGS (up to 2) for an additional pet fee of $100
3. QUIET HOURS from 10pm-7am to respect the neighbors.
4. FOLLOW ALL POSTED HOT TUB RULES. Keep cover locked for safety and do not leave children unattended.
5. Please FOLLOW CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS in the Guest Manual before departing. (we're not going to make you clean, we promise!)
