"The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The woman who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast looked great. They had a bunch of options for those with normal diets. (we have allergies so can’t eat what most people can) The only negative to me was that it was a little outdated so some things were worn. Like the door had a gash on the bottom but overall would recommend."

I received a message from the hotel that one was required for check in, and they did not accept cash or debit cards; this is even after pre-paying for the hotel online. I even called and the guy told me I had fill out a CC authorization form for incidentals, which I did, and ONLY checked that I was covering incidentals and nothing else. After my son checked out, I received a credit card transaction for $1113.89 and...
