"The staff was amazing, they helped me through everything, was very thorough and so friendly! I was visiting during a family event and they were angels in disguise! Alexis and Kayla were over the top with making sure I had what I needed, going out of their way to accommodate my needs. Michael was so endearing to my children, ensuring they had fun and and that we were well taken care of. I didn't get the morning ladies name, but she was also top notch with breakfast and recommendations. If you want to feel loved this is the place to be! The tennis courts, pool, hot tub, and fire table were highlights to our stay. Someone peeped a revamp and remodel in the near future, I hope that's true, but even if not... I would definitely return! Thank you palmer house for being a light in the dark!"

"I can’t say enough about the Frontenac. The staff was sincerely friendly and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. We left the Fairmont Frontenac to head back to Connecticut. When we got back, my sister realized she left her Kindle in her room. We called to see if it had been found. They put us on hold got right back to us and said they had it and would send it to her address. The location is ideal. The rooms are immaculate. The people that came to our rooms for the turndown service. We’re very sweet with big smiles on their face as they brought us freshwater/free every evening. This is the third time I’ve been to the Frantenac. I’m sure it won’t be our last."

"The experience of getting the property booked and staying there was made so easy by Melissa Levis. The property was perfect with a big yard and beautiful views and great art with explanations. Check out was simple and the property was very close to restaurants and shopping. COMMUNICATION was the key and Melissa was awesome at it"

Historic Renovated Barn at Boorn Brook Farm - Manchester Vermont

"All communication with Jeff was great! Check in and out process smooth. We were worried about leaving the main door unlocked but he assured us that there had never been an issue and all went fine. As 4 women alone, it was nice to know that Jeff was nearby and we felt safe on the property. The grounds and surrounding forest create a great atmosphere! My adult daughters liked the swings and pond. We traveled with our dog and she loved her run around off her leash on the tennis/basketball court area since enclosed. We were concerned about her being in the 2nd floor bedroom because the gaps between the railing would have allowed a fall but this was remedied with using the fireplace screen to block off the stairs and door when needed. The pool table is great! The great room of the barn was so pretty! Would recommend updating the couch as it was uncomfortable. It has room for a really large TV which would have been nice for evenings. The bedrooms didn’t have AC as expected but maybe this was because it’s still spring technically. Either way, we did fine. The last day there was the warmest which was uncomfortable in the afternoon but cooled off nicely in the evening. The listing said washer and dryer but there is not? Beds were comfortable! Would highly recommend a deep clean of kitchen/appliances and bathrooms or updating. The chairs in pool room need to be deep cleaned or replaced. Our first time in VT and we loved the little town and all it offered! Would visit again!"
