"Difficult to understand strange dining rules and no staff at the hotel out of hours"

"Cheap, very basic, overnight accommodation near to airport. Had to WhatsApp to get the codes for the rooms. (didn't see a soul). Toilet cistern was cracked and one towel was stained but rest of rooms and bed linen was spotless. Tea and coffee making equipment but no shampoo only some hand soap."

"The staff were especially kind and very helpful for anything we needed! We stayed in the camper on top of their roof. It was a fun and easily accessible place and we would recommend it to everyone! The breakfast was very good and freshly made!"

"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded.
