The hotel is well situated for a walkable tour of the old city and it is close to excellent shopping options. It is in a very safe area and a very beautiful area. The personnel at the hotel are helpful and knowledgeable.

Location, location, location, Excellent. So convenient it made up for anything else. Staff were helpful although it was busy. Price great, surrounding shops and food, excellent, walking to everything was within a few yards. Beautiful room, clean and comfortable.

Where to start? This hotel is in the perfect location with excellent rates, service, and everything you could want within walking distance. The rooms were such a pleasant surprise when we arrived. It was honestly the best night's sleep i had during the more than a month in Ukraine. It's very safe to say that I've found my hotel when visiting Lviv from now on.

You won't regret staying here.

The hotel goes beyond great customer service. They have helped me work out different issues that has came up with the trip. Because nothing goes as planned i. Ukraine. The room is big. I booked the queen bed. The offer a water cooler. So you don't have to buy and carry your water. I will not stay anywhere else..

Valeria the receptionist was so nice

The location is incredible. The rooms were clean comfortable, quiet and full of amenities like bottle water and toiletries. The widows were huge. They're were practically balconies. Open the widow and you hear all the action of LvIv. All the music, laughter and cheerful people living life. Close the window and you won't hear anything. The receptionist Valeria was very nice. She spoke perfect English and let me check in a little early. This hotel is a world-class hotel with a world-class staff. Five Stars 10/10
