"You must meet your host for the key, however he does not speak much English so that was a challenge. Be sure to email and call a few days in advance of your arrival to ensure that you can get a hold of someone if you need to communicate in English. Having a washer was great, but clothes must air dry in the lower level. Plan to wash in the evening and hang dry overnight and you'll have guaranteed dried clothes. "Lovely old style chalet. the lady we met was very nice and accommodating. The chalet is just 2 mins walk from the lake and is around 9mins walk to brienz west train station which is our main point to go to interlaken and other areas."

"Clean,Bright,Well equipped, we love the dining nook. I only have one request a washing machine. We have stayed here many times for multiple weeks and a washing machine would be most appreciated.There is room for one in the down stairs room. Internet would be nice also. K. & C."

"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,.
