"This is a difficult review, as there is nothing poor to say about the Hotel. The location was great, the staff excellent, the breakfast brilliant. But our room was TINY! They did describe it as 'cosy', but that was being quite generous. If booking, don't fall into the same trap as us and make sure you don't reserve a 'cosy' room!"

"We had a great stay at Ibis Styles Luzern. The location was excellent - quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk from the Old Town, making it a great base for exploring Lucerne. Our family room was spacious and had plenty of room for all of us, making our stay very comfortable. We also felt it offered great value compared with some of the much more expensive hotels in the city, which suited us perfectly. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Lucerne."

"What a gem! This hotel is located in the absolute perfect place to visit Lucerne. The balcony is the best place to have your morning coffee or your after dinner drink and look out over the amazingly gorgeous water in the canal and the promenade across the way. The staff was extremely helpful and dealt with our rental car upon check-in The hotel is literally steps away from the places where we chose to visit for morning, croissants, or traditional, Swiss fondue. The hotel is very old and has all of the charm you would expect yet has been modernized We would absolutely stay there again upon return to Lacerne"
