"Customer Service was amazing. Parking was convenient and easy. Room was great queen and comfortable. Swimming pool was cloudy and tiles above the waterline were black. My husband is a pool guy and said there is no flow to filtrate properly. Walked over to the pump area and could hear it struggling to keep up. Resulting in us, not swimming in the dirty pool. Breakfast was good. Wish they had more meat options our morning they had double pork. We will return again, giving an 8 out of 10 stars"

"The hotel is missing a pool. The beach is inadequate and not inviting. Also, the step down to the beach is not safe especially for the elderly and mobility challenges."

"I It can certainly be a staycation if one chose to getaway without an itinerary. Food of every culture is literally up the street or around the corner, which is a plus. The pool and game area is perfectly placed. The only issue I had was that half of our hotel room outlets did not work, but we managed.Aside from that, this is a good hotel to book for a getaway."

"Hotel was nice, rooms were nice. The pool was good except it don’t have a hot tub. Laundry was only on the 6th floor and one of the two washers was being repaired while I was there. The elevators were kind of annoying because with it seemed like every floor movement you need to scan your key card before you push the floor button. The location of the hotel being in a major city area I could almost constantly smell exhaust fumes. Staff was awesome and the breakfast was ok. "
