"For the last 16 years, I’ve stayed at Best Western Beasejour when I do my pilgrimage to Lourdes. It is very convenient as it is right across from the Gare de Lourdes (train station) and only a 15 minute walk to the shrine. It is very clean, comfortable and quiet. It also has the best restaurant in the Haute Pyrenees, Le Parc restaurant. The staff, especially Madam at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly. Whether you are a family with children, friends, pilgrim groups, couples or solo travelers like me, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lourdes. It is truly the “Best.” "

"The hotel is located on a side road in a modest size village. Very little traffic passes so it's not likely to attract passing trade but does mean it's very quiet with no vehicle noise in the rooms. The staff speak good English so communication isn't a problem. The room has a balcony with views of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast costs extra but is of high quality. The only issue is the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the shower gel provided an alternative."
