"As always excellent..fab location for harbour and station ,relaxed breakfast area and so nice to see so many people with well behaved dogs able to enjoy a stay..dont let a pet friendly hotel put you off,it is immaculately clean and there are 2 areas at breakfast 1 pet friendly, all round excellent consistent accommodation. "Hotel was lovely .first room i was given very very tiny . Bathroom evan smaller. But asked to move rooms and that was not a problem at all. Next room was large and very comfortable. Staff very nice. Right o the beach . Had a very lovely 4 days at THE EXMOUTH BEACH HOTEL . "

"Lovely hotel, great nights sleep - you’ll wake up thinking it’s the middle of the night as the curtains are properly black out! The only negatives were the cleaner almost hounding us out of the room on day one whilst we were getting ready and the lack of room clean / top up of tea etc on day two! "
