"There are not enough places to eat here and not enough staff to service everyone. It would take a half an hour to get a cup of coffee in the morning. The valet had one person working and the line was 30 minutes long. This place has a bunch of 18 year olds running restaurants that are not well trained."

"My stay was short and sweet. Arrived late afternoon and left before 05:00. There were a lot of people leaving then. So I would suggest that you start breakfast at 04:00 so that most of us can take advantage of the free breakfast included in the stay. Only other thing was there is no heat in the main floor rooms. There is AC but no way to warm up the room. I found it cold. The food was great the evening before as was the staff. This would be my first choice to stay near the airport again."

"If you want basic, clean, accommodation, with very little by the way of "sizzle" then this place is for you. The staff were pleasant enough but certainly did not enhance our stay with great service. There is no lift to the second floor so travel very light ."

"This place is pretty tired and no effort is made to make it look less tired than it is. The staff gives lots of good chat and is perfectly friendly but there was not much substance behind it. The milk I was promised for my room never materialised, room service was left in the hallway all day, etc. a charge for coffees at breakfast was added without being told there was a charge for « specialty ». Overall quite disappointing."
