"The property was great"

"The townhouse was perfect. Beautifully equipped. “Pass the keys” is an awful management company. It took 3 days for them to respond to questions , I will not rent another property managed by “pass the keys”."

"I don’t usually book private stays through Expedia, so I was surprised when I was contacted by the host externally for payment. Fortunately, Shannon was extremely kind & attentive.
