The exterior offers everything you need for a fantastic family holiday. Plenty of space for the children to play, a refreshing swimming pool with a massage function and sun loungers, and a covered terrace with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue area for the family’s star chefs.

From the terrace, you have direct access to the cosy living area of the house. The living room, dining area for up to eight guests and the fully equipped kitchen form an open-plan space, whilst on this level there is also a separate toilet and a cosy double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as access to the terrace and views of the countryside.

On the upper floor, the villa has three comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and an additional kitchen-diner. A sofa bed provides space for two further guests. From here, you can also access a small balcony at the shaded rear of the house.

Relaxing can be so easy … This villa is situated in a very peaceful location, close to the protected nature reserve of Mount Učka. With its beautiful natural surroundings and magnificent views of the valley and the mountains, you’re sure to enjoy the peace and privacy of this area. Ideal for mountain bikers and hikers on the many marked trails around the area. Istria has an excellent road network and all the tourist hotspots are within easy reach. Visit towns such as Buzet, Pazin and Motovun… and the beaches of Opatija, Poreč and Rovinj. The Istrian beaches on the east coast are just a short drive away, as is the entire Istrian peninsula. The nearest major town is Rijeka, but don’t miss the chance to visit Opatija and the surrounding beaches, which are only about 20 km from the villa.
