"2 adults + 2 year old. 6 night stay. PROs - very good breakfast, quiet room (3rd floor), very good location, twice daily turndown. CONs - pool was really dirty (murky, mouldy and slippery on the bottom - we ended up with skin rashes!), pool area cramped and very little shade available which is a problem in 37 degree days, hotel staff weren’t very warm / attentive ie help with opening door for pram 50% of the time (except Rosie at breakfast), hotel restaurants had zero ambience. At the price point for Hanoi it was hit and miss, so we wouldn’t stay again but may suit other travellers more than it suited us."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable bed, quite, and in an amazing location. The walk to get breakfast is not even a minute away and the options are good. In particular Jasmine was very nice and helpful and made us feel welcomed in Hanoi! Definitely recommend staying here when in Hanoi. We will be back!"

"This was by far the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in. I went to Hanoi for a wedding and I’m from the US. I was only able to get breakfast a couple of times because of my schedule and it was the only meal that I had that tasted like home. The staff was EXCELLENT and extremely friendly. The grounds are well kept and all in all it was a very pleasant stay. My room was also a 10/10!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi!"
