"We had a great stay!! LOVED the location because it was super convenient to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free mini bar refilled daily was nice! The breakfast buffet was mediocre but not bad for the price. Roof top bar was nice. Great views and fun staff up top. Ohhh the water pressure in the shower was not the best. Room 809 has a fun and only pool view. "

"Hanoi is bustling city and Peridot is conveniently located in the heart of the city. It's hidden off the street but once you go inside, you are met with luxury and incredible service. The rooms offer all you need to rest and I used both the laundry service as Vietnam is HOT and the spa two times. Laundry service was picked up in the morning and delivered in the same evening. I visited the spa 2 times because the service/massage were AMAZING. Ask for Li - you won't be disappointed! I plan on returning to Hanoi again and Peridot will be my choice. Their care for you, service, food options and extras are amazing. You can't help but feel special here!"

"From the moment I arrived until I left the staff could not do enough for me. Excellent service from the front of house to the housekeepers and restaurant staff. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with plenty of choice. Omelettes made to order. The hotel is very clean and well furnished. Room was very comfortable. Very good shower with shampoo etc. A good sized tv with remote. Air con works well. The mini bar has a few things for purchase. Otherwise you get two bottles of water some coffee and tea. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"We had a wonderful time in Hanoi and our stay at the Champton was great! Perfect location with easy walking to everything. The breakfast buffet was different every day and delicious. The staff was excellent. Also the bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay again and would recommend friends to stay. The rooftop pool was a bonus! "
