"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"If you do not speak Italian, it is useful to know how to speak some Italian. The people are very kind and lovely, but it’s helpful to know Italian language. The setting is beautiful and food is delicious at the restaurant. The accommodations are clean, nice. I would return to the place and stay again. It is peaceful and relaxing."

Utsikten var helt magisk – att stå och blicka ut över bergstopparna var en oförglömlig upplevelse och gav en härlig känsla av lugn och ro. Maten var mycket god och personalen var otroligt trevlig, välkomnande och hjälpsam, vilket gjorde vistelsen ännu bättre. "E' un b&b fantastico, in un palazzo antico proprio nel centro dell'antico borgo di Filetto. Parking molto comodo e vicino, a pochi passi, e ottimo bar per fare colazione e nello stesso palazzo... Lo consigliamo a tutti, si trova sulla Via francigena, nel cuore della Lunigiana"
