Houseyn and Liu (pardon my spelling) at the front desk were so lovely and helpful with our tour to Mount Pilatus, as well as making sure our 4 year old son Adrian was happy. (He loved his toy, kids keycard, and chocolates!) At the restaurant, Alessandro was a legend and the food soooooo good! Like traveling to Spain without the train ride. Will definitely return! "
