"We had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, taking time to answer our questions and help us navigate local transport. A special surprise was being upgraded to a larger room, it was such a lovely gesture, especially as we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary (which the hotel didn’t know about!). This was a meaningful trip for us, as our first holiday together was in Malmö, Sweden, and now 10 years later, we chose to return to Sweden to visit Gothenburg. Thanks to the amazing hospitality at Waterfront Cabins, this trip felt like a perfect full-circle moment. Gothenburg itself is a beautiful city, but it was the kindness of the people that truly made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend! "I don’t usually leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this hotel — it was nothing short of magical. The decor felt like something straight out of Alice in Wonderland. Every corner is beautifully curated, with incredible attention to detail and a mix of modern and special antique furniture throughout. So much pattern and colour but still so elegantly done and perfectly styled. For the kids, the highlights were the giant gold spiral slide in the lobby, which they took down to breakfast every morning! They were also completely enchanted by the gorgeous carousel ride, which ran several times a day. On weekends, the fun continued with a dedicated children’s room filled with games and a mini cinema. There was always something for them to do. Everything has been thought of for families at this hotel. We couldn’t fault it and will absolutely return. Thank you for such a special stay. "
