"Stayed here for a second time. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is good. Suggest you check in with a person and not on the DIY screens. Breakfast was good. Coffee machines are tempermental though! Lots of people use the on site gym, so its a busy place. Didn't get to use the pool, but it's £5 for a 24 hour pass. Be aware parking isnt free, which is bizarre as it's on the edge of the city and tonnes of parking at the hotel and surrounding businesses/offices."

"Stayed here for a business trip. Fantastic hotel, it is absolutely beautiful and the area is just gorgeous. I came in late and the staff were so welcoming and kind and let me get up to bed and settle up the next morning. I had the Eggs Benedict which was delicious and again all the staff were lovely. The only reason for the 4*on facilities is the room I was in was slightly dated but the new owners are in the middle of renovations. However the room was clean and the bed was super comfy. All in all great stay and would 10/10 recommend :) "
