It was clear that the restaurant is understaffed. All that aside, the food was delicious and our room was very comfortable and attractive. Before his arrival they even called ahead to ask if he’d like them to reserve his tea time slot in case it filled up, such a thoughtful touch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout.
