garden level apartment is 80m from the beach (small sandy beach and rock, see photos) and 200m from the large sandy beach of the Marine Sant Ambroggio 15minutes Calvi.
5 sleeps with 2 bedrooms and living room, 50m2 + terrace, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, terrace garden. The apartment is equipped very comfortably with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen tv, stereo chain, microwave. The apartment is on the ground floor of a house in a quiet, wooded area, the little train of Balagne stops about 250m and takes you to all the nearby beaches between Calvi and Ile Rousse. You will find small shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, restaurant, cafe, ice cream parlor, newsagent, hairdresser,
shop, petrol station car rental and boat hire about 800m on the marina of Sant Ambroggio.

Sant Ambroggio is located in Balagne, known for its hilltop villages, olive fields and a breathtaking coastline with the sea in all blue and turquoise shades.
Marine Sant Ambroggio is the sea around a beautiful bay with a small harbor picturesque marina and a sandy beach.
The little train of Balagne through the village and takes you to all the nearby beaches between Calvi and Ile Rousse or farther up Bastia, Ajaccio and Corte.
You will find small shops (supermarket, bakery, restaurant, hairdresser) in Cocody Village and also restaurant, salads, coffee, ice cream, butcher, bakery, supermarket, newsagent, hairdresser, Service-rental station and car rental boats on the marina of Sant Ambroggio.
For your activities you will find a diving school on the harbor, tennis courts á rent, petanque, boat rental, car rental in the village.
The communal pool is available for free in July and August.
For lovers of the beach there is the beach of Sant Ambroggio, creeks of the natural reserve of Spano 2km, d'Algajola the beach (known for surfing and sailing) 3km and other beaches all along Cavi and between Ile Rousse.
Sant Ambroggio is also ideal for walking and hiking in the vicinity or in the mountains, the famous hiking trail, the GR 20 Calenzana starts about 15km from Sant Ambroggio.
If you like nature you can walk in the forest Bonifatu á 20minutes drive or swim in natural pools of the river Fango is 45minutes.
Relax on the beach or stroll along the coast, walk in the mountains or take your fishing rod to enjoy an afternoon of fishing. Enjoy a generous nature at your doorstep and enjoy life in the presence of your family and friends.

Comportement de notre hôte LAMENTABLE !!!!

L annonce très bien pensée est mensongère ..les photos prises faisant penser a la vue sur la mer ..FAUX ... vue sur la maison devant ...La maison est PROPRE bien décorée Avec Gout mais ....la propriétaire habite au dessus ...elle ne supporte RIEN ...1ere installation elle descend pour nous dire que nous faisons du bruit avec les placards !!!!ALLO ....les chambres sont MINUSCULES....lors de notre entrée pas de chaleur humaine !!!la mere la fille de l Agence sont très antipathies froides comme des glaçons car oui elles ont une AGENCE pas des particuliers ...a peine arrivées avec mon amie paye les draps (normal 35 €.)..et pour le ménage c est 80 € pas de facture ...au téléphone très désagréable car nous avons 30 mn de retard ...n importe quoi visite éclair vous posez les valises on vous demande a quelle heure vous comptez partir le samedi prochain ???? 1ere cuisine le soir ...cuisson du poisson les alarmes incendie se déclenchent (normal pas de hotte) quand on dort avec les fenêtres fermées condensation sur les vitre pas d aération VMC nulle...Enfin un soir nous invitons des amies a manger le cerbère du dessus passe devant le chemin devant la maison nous la saluons gentiment ...elle nous agresse en nous disant que la nuit dernière nous avons fait du bruit jusqu'à a 1 H du matin (faux nous étions au lit a minuit) et que ce soir SILENCE a 22H30 ...LAMENTABLE..l état des lieux elle soulève meme les tapis ??nous rend le chèque de caution...CIAO ...pas de merci ...RIEN

Maison très agréable bien équipée très bien située à proximité immédiate de la mer.

Je n’ai rien à changer dans mon avis. Je confirme que l’accueil n’est pas à la hauteur du standing supposé de votre établissement. Je me garderai bien de recommander votre site à quiconque .RAS sur la propriété. En revanche accueil déplorable de la part de l’agence Aqua Marine Tourisme ,sentiment partagé par 2 locataires qui attendaient en même temps que nous. la réceptionniste nous indique de loin l’entrée de la maison aucune information sur la gestion des déchets ( que faire des poubelles, où se situent les conteneurs , aucune présentation de la maison des lieux pour les formalités de sortie réflexion « a bon vous restez jusqu’à 10h » qui est l’horaire fixé dans le contrat alors qu’on a payé (80€ sans facture) pour le ménage on nous dit que la cuisine ne fait pas partie du ménage Il a fallu discuter pour démontrer que cette close n’était écrite nulle part dans le contrat. C’est franchement la grosse déception de ce séjour.

Hübsche Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Relativ kleine, aber hübsch und zweckmäßig (u.a. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage) eingerichtete Ferienwohnung nahe am Strand von St. Ambroggio. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoß ist nur ein paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt, von der Terrasse hat man aber keinen Blick aufs Meer, sondern auf die Rückwand des Vorderhauses. Die Bucht von St. Ambroggio ist eine reine Feriensiedlung, deshalb mit rel. wenig Infrastruktur. Einen Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants gibt es aber (in. ca 1km Entfernung). Der Strand ist unserer Meinung nicht der schönste der Balagne (rel. viele Steine), aber sehr schön zum Schnorcheln. Schöne Sandstrände (z.B. der Calvi-Strand) sind mit dem Auto oder dem Bummelzug gut zu erreichen. Etwas Vorsicht ist angebracht bei der Vermieterin: Die Dame bewohnt das Appartement genau über der Wohnung und hat Haare auf den Zähnen, eine Wohnungsübergabe mit ihr ist kein Zuckerschlecken. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber durchaus empfehlenswert für einen Urlaub im schönen Korsika.

Globalement satisfait

Appartement agréable, deux salles de bains et WC séparés. Equipement cuisine améliorable surtout pour six (manque une poêle) et un four traditionnel. L'espace privatif extérieur est inexistant sauf une petite terrasse juste assez grande pour manger. Quant à l'accueil, il est digne d'une agence, c'est-à-dire sans réel contact humain, juste administratif. Une dernière chose, attention aux enfants pour la douche, l'eau chaude est difficile à régler.

Das Domizil ließ keine Wünsche offen, perfekt ausgestattetes Appartement in wunderschöner ruhiger Wohnanlage inmitten blühender Sträucher und Grün. Ideal zum Relaxen, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im nördlichen Inselbereich. Eine Minute bis zum wunderschönen Strand, perfekt zum Schnorcheln.
