We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Lumio, this charming air-conditioned apartment with sight sea on the bay of Calvi, with less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 23 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 23 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom on the mezzanine, a shower room and a balcony to enjoy the view that the apartment offers. We are waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room of 23 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A mezzanine bedroom with two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony of 1.5×2.5 m, exposed East, West, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Sunset on the bay of Calvi, guaranteed show!

The apartment is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment, quiet and not overlooked. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
The island of beauty is full of natural and cultural activities, during your stay in Lumio you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the sunshine of the city to go to its various beaches to enjoy a quiet time or try your hand at the many water activities: paddle, jetski, boat ride ... If you are eager to discover the area, drive around to discover its wonders; ruins of Occi or the Agriates Desert are available to you! For the more adventurous, quad, 4x4 rides and hikes will seduce you.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the apartment.
The car is the best way to get around easily.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Cocoby station at 200m: a small train serves all the beaches between Calvi and Ile Rousse.
- Nearest ferry station : ferry station of Ile Rousse at about 15 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Calvi airport located at about 17 minutes by car.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on reservation, in supplement (rent and payment to be made with our partner on the spot, approximately 55€). Services and rates are indicated for information only, subject to availability.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Ambroggio "In general it‘s a functional apartment. Looks like in the pictures. However, for us it was not that cozy. It has an interesting layout, but the interior could have been better designed. When we arrived, the apartment was not clean and we had to clean the floor and bathroom first. In addition to that we had to bring the trash away, even there was not an open possibility to do that. In the end we had to search for some place. For us that‘s not common."

Ambroggio Check-in verlief sehr gut, Martine ist eine nette Frau und passt sich einem an. Apartment entsprach den Beschreibungen, jedoch haben wir vergessen zu lesen, dass es keine vollständige Ausstattung hat, was wichtig wäre. Bei der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern können wir das verstehen, doch finden wir eine Seife und eine Rolle Wc-Papier wäre angebracht. Leider hat bei uns die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Uns wurde gesagt sie wird am darauffolgenden Tag repariert, was nicht der Fall war. Nach mehrmaligen Versuchen Kontakt aufzunehmen, kam dann spät Abends am nächsten Tag als entschädigung einen Ventilator. Jedoch hat das Apartment eine gute Lage, man ist an vielen schönen Stränden innerhalb von 10-15 Fahrminuten.

Ambroggio "Très bonne adresse, à recommander sans réserve. 🙂 L'équipement, la vue (""vue sur mer"" selon la formule consacrée, qui n'est souvent qu'une arnaque). Mais là, c'est plus que vrai. Superbe. Les bateaux qui passent, la Pte de la Revellata, et les martinets qui frôlent le petit balcon comme des éclairs... L'arrière-pays avec ses villages inoubliables. À mi-chemin entre Calvi et l'Île Rousse, faciles d'accès. Belles plages pas trop loin. Producteurs de miel, charcuterie, légumes, fruits dans les boutiques et marchés. Et Martine, très accessible et à l'écoute. 🙁 Un tout petit peu juste pour deux, on imagine très juste pour quatre. Mais les équipements sont à la hauteur. Un peu éloigné des centres d'intérêt, mais pas grave."

Ambroggio "Alloggio molto carino, adatto a due persone. Vista splendida, bel contesto, in massimo 15 minuti si scende alla spiaggia di Sant'Ambroggio. Ben accessoriato. Unica pecca, all'arrivo non ci è sembrato perfettamente pulito. Nel complesso però ci siamo trovati molto bene"
