"The hotel, Hotel Ananda Inn, is located outside Gate 5 of Lumbini, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and close to taxi and bus stops. The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy. Overall, this hotel isn't particularly good, but there aren't any major issues. It's probably above average."

"Great location. Right across the road from the gate to Maya Devi temple. The bus station is next door as well as all the shops and restaurants. Fan and AC in the room. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in since coming to Nepal"

"Location is ideal for walking to Lumbini. Staff were very helpful, arranging transportation and bringing amenities I requested. The staff woke me up in the morning to chide me for not coming to breakfast on time, which I found odd. There was also a very loud family that hung out in the hallway outside my door for hours in the middle of the night and kept trying to open my thankfully locked door. I asked staff to intervene but nothing happened."

"The property manger Sameer made our trip so comfortable and pleasant . He went out of his way to provide us excellent information about nearby places to visit and have food . He even provided us with brunch !!! Such an hospitality is rare to find . The place was clean but little noisy during the early hours due to arrival of pilgrims. "
