"Really lovely comfortable bed, nice bathroom, fast running and hot bath, but toilet roll fell on the floor every time due to faulty holder, very bad signposting of rooms, both from reception and particularly from main hotel, could still be there wandering the corridors if we hadn’t come across a staff member, didn’t try breakfast, staff were good. Facilities for kids in the main hotel were fantastic at half term, very family friendly, reasonably priced alternative to the large main hotel"

"Very good stay indeed. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Supplied an iron. Little critisisms: not enough milk for the tea, asked the staff if they could deal with a fly in our room whilst we were away and they said yes. The fly was still there on our return and the other staff said they didn't deal with that sort of thing. I asked for fly killer and there was none. I ended up killing the fly myself. Not much of an issue but would've been good if they said at first that I had to deal with it myself....

"When we got there we were told that the lift was out of order and our room was on the third floor. My brother walks with a stick and the receptionist (Liam) immediately sorted out a room on the first floor and took our bags up (even though I could have taken mine, bless him). The restaurant does a great Sunday lunch and in the evening sitting in the bar playing cards or yahtzee enjoying their snacks and looking out over the bay, was most enjoyable. It is beachside and less than a five-ten minute...
