But what I didn’t enjoy was the dinner experience, it took the waitress 30 minutes just to give me a menu and it seemed like she was paying more attention to French speaking customers and none to non French speakers. For the price I expected a better service"

"Nice hotel, extremely well located downtown Neuchâtel, with easy parking and minutes away from the funicular and train station. I have never seen hotel staff this dedicated to their guest's comfort. Amazing team who went the extra mile on everything that made us feel so welcomed. Will definitely go back."
