For this being a Best Western PLUS i was disappointed. Although the hotel is very clean and neat, the pool needs cleaning and has a terrible smell.
I would also suggest the staff do some customer obsession training as the lack of urgency to aasist is lacking. I waited over 5 minutes just for someone to come to the front desk to check in. Then when i had an issue in the room i tried to call down to front desk via room phone but no one answered after multiple tries. I then called the hotel on my mobile, was able talk to someone who said they would be up to look at the issue. They never showed up.
The breakfast was also upsetting as the hot food was empty. When we askee the staff when there would be more out they said 'i dont know'
I dont know if these issues are just because i was there over memorial weekend or of this is the standard, but if it the standsrd i think it should be marked down as a regular best Western, not a plus!
